Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport ( Ho Chi Minh City), exit the airport to meet outside a local guide.  From the airport, you will be privately transferred to your hotel. Settle in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Enjoy a full day exploring the city: Notre Dame Cathedral (outside visit only due to its renovation), City Hall, Opera House and Saigon Post Office - the best highlights of classical French colonial architecture. Walk to the nearby Reunification Palace, witness of the historic events of old Saigon and famous for its architectural features. Then, discover the very popular War Remnants Museum, the one that gathers a comprehensive collection of the machinery, weapons, photographs and documentation of the Vietnam wars. Stop by the Jade Emperor Pagoda, built in 1909 in honor of the supreme Taoist God, one of the most spectacularly colorful temples. Tour ends at your hotel, prepare for street food tour by night. 
 

This street food tour is for 4 hours to enjoy a wonderful evening in Saigon. You will travel to non-tourist destinations and see the real life of local people. Back of our own scooters travelling with 6 milion motobikes around to different street food areas of district 3, district 10, district 10, district 5 (China town),.....  “When in Vietnam, eat like Vietnam” tasting variety dishes like: Bánh cuốn (Rolling cake), Vietnam pizza (bánh tráng nướng), Dimsum, Soya milk, Lotus sweet soup, etc. Our food vendors, indoor and outdoor restaurants are carefully chosen for their quality of food, popularity with the locals, authenticity and service.

The courses start by on cyclo to visit Bến Thành market with our Chef. He will introduce and buy some ingredients for your meal. Back to cooking center, we begin to approach to culninary aspect and the culture of Vietnamese gastronomy. The Chef introduce the dishes to make and the ingredients used as well. Throughout the course, you have the opportunity to observe all the skills of chefs and the tricks that can achieve any recipe.  Chef would like you to make yourself, to repeat the same gestures! Carving fruit or vegetables is also offered by Chef to amaze your presentation to the plate! Finally, savouring your own creation. Enjoy this moment for sharing experience with Chef. Highlighted you by a “Cooking Class Certificate” also win a book of recipes to renew your performance and amaze your friends.
After indulging in your creations, take a short drive to visit Cu Chi tunnels which consists of an incredible underground network of tunnels constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during both the French and American wars. Discover secret trapdoors, field hospitals, command posts, underground kitchens, living areas and meeting rooms, challenge yourself to discover tunnels it’s just fit your body, experience firing the AK 47, M16 - the typical weapons of the two major resistance (optional).
Back to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.  
 

Pick up from hotel and head to Cai Be town. Upon Cai Be town, check in a boat to visit Mekong river and discover local life in islands. Visit a tropical garden and taste many kinds of fruits, enjoy the performance of traditional music in Mekong region. Then, riding bicycle around local village to discover local life with rice paper making house, take a sampan to row in small cannels between local tropical fruit garden.
Have lunch and check in at a local homestay. Take a rest before preparing cooking class for dinner with friendly host.
Overnight in Vĩnh Long.

Breakfast at homestay. You are free to enjoy the countryside atmosphere, cycling through rice fields, visiting local markets, along the way you can stop visiting visit to local tropical fruit garden, especially if you are not afraid of dirty, let’s join with people catching fish in the pit fields, marshes mud... Enjoy lunch with traditional dishes prepared by friendly host.
Check out at noon, get on boat and cruise to Can Tho city. On the way, visit a family with traditional handicraft to see how coconut candy and pop-rice are made. Proceed to Can Tho city.  
Overnight in Can Tho.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Ninh Kieu wharf for a boat trip to visit Cai Rang floating market where you can discover typical daily life of local people who are selling, buying, bargaining everything on boats. On the way back, you will stop at farmer's house, visiting an orchard and have a 30 minute break for drinking tea and enjoying seasonal fruits. Then, cruising back to local market. From there you can buy some tropical fruits.
Driving back to Ho Chi Minh city for check in. Free time for shopping.
