CEO Group: Training according to "ordering" - New directions for solving human resource problems

This is considered as one of the "best practices" in the period when Vietnam's tourism industry is open to welcome new opportunities. With 10 years of operation in the field of hotel tourism, each year, the CEO Group employs 1000 to 1500 people in the service industry to participate in operating the resort system in Phu Quoc. Instead of recruiting outside for training as before, in recent years, CEO Group has turned to self-training to be proactive in both quantity and quality of human resources according to its needs. Stemming from that practical need, Dai Viet College - one of the member companies of CEO Group, was established in 2008. Business participation in "training market" is creating important changes in maximizing the human resources involved in production and business.
