Vietjet opens direct flight connecting Vietnam - Queensland (Australia)

Vietjet Air has just announced the operation of a direct route connecting Vietnam and Queensland (Australia) in June 2023 with a frequency of 2 flights per week.
Accordingly, the route between Ho Chi Minh City and Brisbane will be operated every Monday and Friday from June 16. The flight from Ho Chi Minh City departs at 10:05 (local time) and lands in Brisbane at 21:10 (local time). In the opposite direction, the flight departs at Brisbane airport at 23:10 (local time) and lands in Ho Chi Minh City at 04:50 the next day (local time).
In the first year of operation, Vietjet's flights will bring over 30,000 Vietnamese tourists to Brisbane, helping to generate A$25.6 million in tourism and 240 jobs in Queensland.
Vietjet Air will also deploy a modern fleet of Airbus A330-300 aircraft on a brand new route to Brisbane from June 2023, with a configuration of 12 SkyBoss Business class seats plus 365 SkyBoss, Deluxe and Eco class seats. tailored to each passenger's needs.
